For taking loans from the society a person has to take membership of socity inline with bye-laws of society.
Ordinary Loan
At present our society is providing Ordinary Loan upto Rs. 7,00,000.00 (Seven Lakhs only) or ten times of share money of an account holder or 20 times of Basic Salary, which ever is lesser.
Ordinary Loan is provided at an interest rate of 8% percent monthly reducing on first cum first serve basis.
However in case of urgency OUT OF TURN loan may be taken by the member at an interest of 11%.
Ordinary Loan can be repaid by member in maximum 50 installments.

Emergent Loan
To meet out small requirement of members, Society is providing Emergent Loan to its members equal to his share money at an interest rate of 8%.
This loan is provided very next working day of date of application.
Emergent Loan can be repaid by member in maximum 10 installments.
