11% dividend has been declared for 2011-12 and 2012-13 both years in the AGM held on 25-11-2013. The dividend for both the years shall be transferred in withdrawable a/c of the account holder on 04-12-2013, as discussed in the AGM.

This year dividend will be transfered to withdrawl account of accountholder. Earlier accountholder was not getting interest on unpaid dividend and interest. But now he will earn 7% per anum interest if keeps his money in account.
